Fingal County Council’s Community Development Office Leads Innovative Partnership with Neighbourhood Network to Strengthen Mulhuddart Communities

Fingal County Council’s Community Development Office is proud to lead a new strategic partnership with Neighbourhood Network, an Irish charity renowned for its work in building supportive, connected, and resilient communities across the country. This collaborative initiative represents a shared commitment to enhancing community life in Churchfields, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15, through inclusive engagement and local empowerment.

The 18-month programme, initiated and coordinated by the Community Development Office, will harness Neighbourhood Network’s proven expertise in community connection, alongside Fingal’s deep local knowledge and leadership in community development. Together, the partners aim to foster stronger ties among residents, encourage volunteering, support the formation of local groups, and enhance collaboration with support services.

By joining forces, Fingal County Council and Neighbourhood Network are laying the groundwork for lasting positive change—ensuring that Churchfields is not just a place to live, but a vibrant, engaged community.
