Fingal Arts Office Evaluation of Fingal Artists’ Support Scheme and the Awards & Residency Programme for previous applicants
Fingal County Council Arts Office is currently undertaking an ongoing evaluation of the Fingal Artists’ Support Scheme and the Awards & Residency Programme, as part of our commitment to strengthening and developing our supports for artists across the county.
As part of this process, both successful and unsuccessful applicants are invited to complete a short survey. This feedback is essential in helping us to better understand artists’ needs, experiences, and the impact of our funding and development programmes.

Awards & Residency Programme includes the RHA Studio Award, Draíocht Studio Award, Ardgillan Studio Award, Loughshinny Studio Award, Irish Writers Centre Mentoring Programme, Graphic Studios Dublin Residency, Age & opportunity and Tyrone Guthery Centre Residency, Performing Arts Forum Gathering Bursary, Childrens Books Ireland Award, MART Gallery & Studio Graduate Award.

The deadline to complete these surveys is Friday 6th March 2026.
The evaluation will inform how these schemes can continue to evolve, ensuring they remain relevant, accessible, and responsive to the changing professional and creative landscape.
