Dublin Fire Brigade would like to invite the public to have their say on its draft Fire and Emergency Operations Plan.

The plan sets out the current Fire and Emergency arrangements within the Greater Dublin Region, as well as plans and targets for the next 5 years.

Feedback from the public will help shape the future of the service across Dublin.

The draft Fire and Emergency Operations Plan can be viewed here https://bit.ly/Dublin-Fire-Brigade-Section-26 and by request at Fingal County Council offices in Swords and Blanchardstown.

The public consultation period opens today, 15th May, and closes on 16th June 2023.

Adoption of the plan is a reserved function under Section 26 (3) of the Fire Services Act 1981, meaning that the decision will be taken by the Elected Members.
