The Heritage Council is calling on children across the country to put their imagination to good use this summer by using LEGO® bricks to recreate their favourite example of Irish built, natural or cultural heritage.

The ancient skeletal remains found in Rivervalley Park, Swords earlier this year have now been retrieved and are undergoing specialist analysis.

It has been a tough few months for everyone including the arts but thanks to the fighting spirit of the artist community, this year’s Dublin Plein Air painting festival runs from Monday 20 to Sunday 26 July and will bring artists from all over Ireland to paint outdoors (en plein air) around Fingal.
