Mini-Maker Festival in Balbriggan library

A mini-maker festival is planned for Balbriggan library on the 23rd of April to mark the start of the Balbriggan Loves learning festival.

This event will include a showcase for makers and creators in Hamilton hall and the library will host a full day programme of activities along the theme of creativity. Workshops will include:

• T-shirt making using pre-cut vinyl and audio card making hosted by Fingalmaker, Kate Delaney.
• Lego workshops
• Arts and crafts workshops for the very young
• Coding
• Gaming

This is a collaborative project between Smart Balbriggan and Fingal libraries and is funded by Creative Ireland
