In Bathing Water Sample Analysis for all Fingal Beaches from samples taken 5 & 6 August the results from all beaches met the “Excellent” classification standard for Bathing Waters, apart from Portrane which was good. Prior warnings now removed.

MARA, the Maritime Area Regulatory Authority, have approved Fingal County Council’s application for the construction of a coastal protection scheme at Burrow Beach in Portrane where there have been issues with coastal erosion in recent years.

This collaborative initiative represents a shared commitment to enhancing community life in Churchfields, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15, through inclusive engagement and local empowerment.

Fingal County Council has marked the completion of its Quiet Streets initiative in Drynam Heath/Drynam Green, Kinsealy, which aims to create calmer, better-connected neighbourhoods by prioritising local access, active transportation, and a higher quality of life for residents.
