As part of a series of inclusive, sustainable creative workshops, The Wizard of Creation, Aga Hutcheson is coming to Balbriggan Library on Tuesday 3rd December for a Sustainable Fashion Masterclass. Sustainable fashion is all about creativity and innovation, and this workshop will demonstrate to participants how to create amazing fashionable items from everyday items.  

The eagerly awaited re-opening of the Hartstown Community Centre is one step closer following the official handover of the facility to Fingal County Council today (Friday).

The Skerries ForgetMeNot Café is free of charge and open to people living with Dementia, their families, carers and friends. The annual Howth Maritime & Seafood Festival sails into port once again, with this year’s event taking place on the 6th and 7th of September 2025.

COPD Support Ireland is a charity set up to support all those living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). They are Ireland’s only national COPD support and advocacy body, bringing together local support groups from around the country, to help those living with, and caring for someone with, COPD.  

A small business from Fingal will get the chance to exhibit themselves to almost 300,000 people at the National Ploughing Championships in Screggan, County Offaly next month as part of the Local Enterprise Village.
