Fifteen Fingal County Council projects have been short-listed for prestigious national awards.  

On 30th January 1984 it is said that the whole of Dublin grieved the early death of Dubliner legend Luke Kelly who has left an indelible mark as being the greatest folk artist of the 20th Century and whose music is widely regarded as one of Ireland's cultural treasures.

Current opening times (winter) are Saturday only from 9am to 4pm and it will be open on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve 2022 at those times. 

Following the success of its inaugural Pride Festival earlier this year, Fingal County Council has announced that it will now be hosting a series of events over the winter months with the launch of Fingal Winter Pride.
