Slow Session at the Séamus Ennis Arts Centre

Our Slow Sessions are aimed towards adult musicians who are learning an instrument and are at a stage where they wish to take part in a relaxed informal traditional music session. These sessions aim to encourage the participants to learn a repertoire of new tunes while playing with other musicians at slow to moderate tempos.

A list of tunes which are regularly played at the Slow Sessions is available to download from our website www.tseac.ie by clicking on About Us.

All welcome!

Slow Sessions are hosted by Paudie O'Connor; a Button Accordion player grounded in the Sliabh Luachra tradition as well as being a nationally recognised performer.
