In this workshop, Orlaith will explore how we can combine the practice of mindfulness with the exploration and cultivation of character strengths, like gratitude, courage, appreciation of beauty and compassion. Our strengths are where we're naturally at our best. They help us to see the best in ourselves, our families and colleagues. Orlaith will show how you can recognise and train these strengths so that we can resource ourselves to live fully and happily
