Fingal County Council Arts Office is delighted to announce 'It's Written in the Rocks / Scríobhtar é sna Carraigeacha' by Louis Haugh, an event marking the end of his residency at Loughshinny boathouse.

For Cruinniú na nÓg 2025, children’s author and illustrator Chris Judge (The Lonely Beast, The Great Explorer, Evil Duck and the Feather of Fortune) is collaborating with four primary schools across Swords and Malahide to create an artistic vision of what Fingal, and the world, will look like twenty years from now. 

This intergenerational arts and crafts workshop involves crafting stunning 3D art on canvas using a selection of upcycled fabric, paper, wool, leather, buttons, paints and other eco-friendly materials. 

The Ongar Community Centre is hosting the "Keen to be Green" event on Thursday, May 15th, from 3 PM to 5 PM, as part of Climate Action Week. This engaging afternoon is dedicated to promoting sustainable living with a focus on sustainable fashion, community showcasing, and a swap shop.

Volunteer Expo on 19th of May in the Grand Hotel Malahide hosted by the Fingal Volunteer Centre from 3-6PM. Come and chat with 30+ local and national charities based in Fingal to see if you would like to volunteer with them
