Executive Chef, John Eglington, has amassed over 40 years of culinary experience, during which time he has worked in esteemed venues such as Locks Restaurant, Slane Castle and spent several years in five start hotels in South Africa.

John cooks with culinary flair to deliver rustic style menus that continually delight his guests.

McLoughlin’s has been an AA Rosette award-winning restaurant for a number of years.
