Skills to Advance 

Skills to Advance is an initiative that provides upskilling and reskilling opportunities to employees. It aims to provide employees with the skills they required to progress in their current role or to adapt to the changing job market.   

For training needs at level 4 or 5, courses are fully subsidised; at level 6, training is substantially subsidised. 

The DDLETB provides Skills to Advance courses in our region, particularly at Baldoyle Training Centre.

Skills for Work

Skills for Work is a training programme generally suited to employees who have few formal qualifications and may have left school early. This programme has been a positive experience for workers looking to increase confidence and improve general digital skills for their job.
