Ireland’s Climate Action Plan (CAP) targets approx. 1 million EVs planned to be on the road by 2030. The four Dublin region LAs are working together to deploy EV charging infrastructure in order to support and accelerate this transition. 

A Speed Limit Appeals Procedure was recently introduced which allows members of the public to object and appeal existing speed limits contained within a Local Authority’s current Speed Limit Bye-laws.

Over €300,000 in grant funding has been awarded to community and voluntary groups across the county.
