A new Labour councillor was officially co-opted onto Fingal County Council today, as Cllr Brendan Ryan filled the seat left vacant by the resignation of Seána Ó Rodaigh. Cllr Ryan will represent the Balbriggan Local Electoral Area. 

Prior Warning Notices issued for all Fingal Identified Bathing Waters for 6-7 days due to heavy rain predicted and Do Not Swim Prohibition extended at Brook Beach Portrane.

Following consultation with the HSE the Prior Warning Notice that was placed at Portrane yesterday has been extended for 6 days.
