The Local Enterprise Office in Fingal is at the forefront in enabling this transition to online selling and is very busy dealing with a large volume of small businesses that wish to explore how they can maintain their business by using technology and E-Commerce to service their client base.

Six years ago, Fingal County Council and MarathonKids Ireland worked together to develop the MarathonKids programme which last year saw 3,300 primary school children in Fingal run a marathon (42Km) in school over an 8-week period. As we find ourselves in these unprecedented times, we are adapting the programme to suit the lives we are living, and the restrictions placed on us. MarathonKids is becoming MarathonFamiles and can be completed within a 5km radius of home beginning Monday May 11th.
