The Government’s ‘Housing For All – A New Housing Plan for Ireland ‘ proposed a new tax to activate vacant land for residential purposes as a part of the Pathway to Increasing New Housing Supply.

The finals of the 2022 IPB Pride of Place Competition takes place in Dublin city next weekend with three groups who represented Fingal last year in the annual north-south competition in the running for prizes as examples of the best of community development on the island of Ireland.

Community and voluntary groups in Fingal are invited to apply for funding under the 2022 Community Support Fund with a closing date for applications of Friday, February 10th, 2023 at 5pm.
