With Halloween just around the corner, Fingal County Council is brewing up a cauldron full of exciting events to ensure that this year’s celebrations will bring everyone a ghostly good time.

This evening from 5pm until 10pm the Halloween animation will take place on the front walls of Swords Castle.  However, due to high winds we have had to decommission the display on North Street.

The Community Development office of Fingal County Council is running the Virtual Halloween 2020 Countywide Project which will see funding given to 27 community centres to run a mask making, colouring and poem writing competition using virtual mediums.  

Fingal County Council has taken the decision to postpone the annual Festival of Flame at Halloween in light of the ongoing uncertainty due to the Covid19 pandemic.

Discover a world of enchanting magic, potions and spells at The Cauldron Academy for Witches and Wizards. Join us for a hands on adventure in Halloween magic guided by storytelling and magical mischief on an interactive spell binding tour through the castle.
