The Planning Department deals with the physical development of Fingal in accordance with the Planning & Development Acts 2000 to 2010.
The Fingal Development Plan 2011 to 2017 sets out Fingal County Council's policies and objectives for the development of the County for a six year period from 2011 to 2017 The Plan seeks to develop and improve in a sustainable manner the environmental, social, economic and cultural assets of the County.
