Development Contribution Rebate Scheme

Development Management

Builders and developers can apply to the council for a refund on development levies where they plan to construct residential units within certain thresholds and in specific locations.

Expressions of interest were sought from builders/developers for participation in the new Development Contribution Rebate Scheme as recently announced by the Department of Environment, Community & Local Government in Circular letter PL03/15.  Eligibility is confined to developments of a minimum of 50 units which are completed and sold at a price below €300,000 during 2016 & 2017.
