Non Principal Private Residence Charge
If you own a home, in which you don't live, you are liable for the NPPR charge. The annual NPPR charge of €200 per property applies for all years 2009-2013.
If you have already contacted us before the 31st August deadline, we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are currently working through a very large volume of calls emails and correspondence.
Please note: The six month grace period from 1st March 2014 to 31st August 2014 has now expired. Total liability for the years 2009 to 2014 now amounts to €7,230.00.
