This talk looks at the 5 pillars of Wellness and each participant will leave the workshop with their own personal missions on a “Goal Sheet” to take with them so that they can begin the process of getting balance in their lives.
Michael is a Counsellor/Psychotherapist who works with children, teenagers and adults.
